JiggaMS development
Well yesterday I was remembered of the server attempt I made back on C++.
Even though it was a complete failure because I forgot to hex edit the ip to the client..
I remember how much fun it was to code my own npc's and test them out, and release them to other servers.
I loved doing all that, and now I wanna try again, but I'm not sure how to code npc's using Java, or how to make a fancy cms.
So I was wondering if anyone could help me with this?
The server will only be temporary, so you don't have to worry about losing people.

You can always do a Titan server if your more comfortable with C++.Vana has a pretty good source with alot of stuff working. But if you are going to do it in Java I guess I could help some.

Wow nice stuff! You're making your own server, I've made a few very neat private servers in Java, so if you really need help, you can PM me about it.
But I learned most of my knowledge from ragezone forums. So if you check them out, you should be set, their forum's a bit messy though, so you can just ask me if you want.

Yeah, I was working on it today, and I stopped when I went to test it out and I couldn't connect.
I know why, but I was too lazy to fix it so ima work on it later.

You need to hex edit the localhost client, also you need to check in world.properties, channel.properties, and login.properties to change the ip there.
Default is 127.0.0.1

He wouldn't have to if it was v61+. Jigga you never did tell us what version your making your server.

Lol if I had more free time I could try to teach you java but sadly cause of school I dont.(Yes i have created private servers and custom npcs)
